TERMS OF SERVICE & USER AGREEMENT

1. Nature of the Services

All services, consultations, readings (tarot, astrology, numerology, and spiritual guidance) provided on this Platform are intended solely for entertainment, motivational, and personal self-discovery purposes.

• The consultations do not constitute, under any circumstances, professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice or therapy.
• Experts (Masters) operating on the platform are independent contractors and do not replace professional licensed clinicians, doctors, attorneys, or financial advisors.

2. Eligibility & Protection of Minors

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and purchase consultations. The use of this Platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If we detect or suspect that a user is a minor, the account will be permanently banned immediately, and all pending transactions will be cancelled.

3. Immediate Execution & Explicit Waiver of the 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and local Italian consumer laws regarding digital content and instant service delivery:

• By initiating a live chat, phone call, or requesting an instant reading, you explicitly request and consent to the immediate performance and execution of the service.
• You explicitly acknowledge and agree that once the service performance has begun (i.e., the session or call starts), you lose your 14-day legal right of withdrawal (recesso).
• Commitment to Quality: In the event of an escalation or user dispute, the Platform guarantees that your case will be submitted to a full, fair, and thorough re-examination by the site management to reach an amicable resolution.

4. Per-Second Accurate Billing & Pro-Rated Pricing

To ensure absolute transparency and compliance, all live consultations are billed strictly on a per-second basis.

• There is no upward minute-rounding. You will only be charged for the exact duration of your call or chat session calculated down to the second.
• Rates are clearly displayed on each Expert’s profile before you initiate a session. Final invoices and transaction receipts will display the precise duration (minutes and seconds) and the exact pro-rated total deducted from your balance.

5. Code of Conduct & User Prohibitions

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Requesting, offering, or exchanging personal contact information (phone numbers, personal emails, social media handles, physical addresses) with any Expert on the platform.
• Proposing or executing payments outside of the Platform's secure Stripe payment infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward any Expert.

Violation of these rules will result in an immediate, permanent ban without any refund of the remaining wallet balance.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform acts strictly as an interactive software marketplace connecting users with independent consulting experts. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, predictive reliability, or real-world outcomes of any reading or spiritual consultation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or psychological outcomes resulting from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy / the European Union. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent local courts.
